2. Month Of

In the month leading up to your event, we’ll touch base to finalize painting details. This check-in ensures that all preparations are aligned with your expectations, and it allows us to make any necessary adjustments. It’s also when you can share any changes or specific elements you’d like incorporated into the painting.

The remaining installment will be due 2 weeks prior to your event.

3. Day Of

I will arrive early to set up and begin working on the painting background. I will take photos of the moment that you’d like to be captured to use a reference while painting throughout your event. I will paint for 4-8 hours, offering an interactive experience that allows your guests to engage with the art-making process. By the end of the event, the painting will be complete or near complete.

If additional studio work is needed, we will schedule a pick-up or delivery of the completed painting up to 8 weeks after.
